You're holding it all together - barely.

I work with high-functioning women who are quietly struggling —

carrying anxiety, navigating motherhood, healing through pregnancy and loss, or the weight of simply doing too much.

THERAPY      HEALING     GROWTH

Virtual Therapy · Minnesota & Wisconsin

Two things can be true

You've always been
the one who figures it out.

Maybe you've been a little anxious your whole life — but honestly, it worked. It made you sharp, capable, the person everyone counts on.

And then life changed. Pregnancy, loss, and the invisible mental load — and suddenly the system that always worked just... doesn't. You might feel like you don't recognize yourself anymore, wondering where that centered version of you went.

Here's what I think: You're not broken. Your nervous system is simply overwhelmed — and there's a really good reason why. We can work together to find that "and" again.

You snapped at your kid this morning     AND        You're still a good mom.

You're exhausted and touched out                            AND      You'd do anything for them.

You love this life.                                           AND         Some days it's completely too much.                        â€‹

You know what you're doing.                          AND          You have no idea what you're doing.  â€‹

You're not broken. Your nervous system is just overwhelmed.

Who I work with

My clients are women who look like they have it all figured out — and feel like they're secretly unraveling. They're brilliant, devoted, driven. They're also exhausted, anxious, and quietly asking: Is this just my life now?

I specialize in the intersection of womanhood and mental health — the specific weight of anxiety during pregnancy, the grief of infertility, the identity shift of new motherhood, and the burnout that comes from being the one who holds everything together.

I also work with therapists — because people who hold space for others deserve someone to hold space for them, too.

I'm not going to tell you I'll "witness your healing journey". I'm going to sit with you, figure out what's actually going on, and help you get somewhere better.

MY APPROACH

Therapy that honors the "and"

Maternal & Perinatal Mental Health

Parenthood is the ultimate 'and.' You can be deeply grateful for your family and feel completely invisible within it. Whether you are navigating fertility, loss, or the overwhelming 'mental load' of postpartum, I provide a space to untangle the complexity of this transition

EMDR Therapy

When your nervous system stays in 'high alert' long after a stressor has passed, talking about it isn't always enough. EMDR helps your brain actually process those 'stuck' experiences so your system can finally move out of survival mode and back into the present.

Whole-person approach

Therapy is more than just a set of clinical tools—it’s a relationship. In this space, you don’t have to perform or have it all 'figured it out.' I bring my full, authentic self into the room so that you feel safe to do the same. This is about more than just managing symptoms; it’s about reconnecting with the person you are beneath the roles you play, helping you feel more integrated and alive in your daily life.
