And then life changed. Pregnancy, loss, and the invisible mental load, and suddenly the system that always worked just doesn't anymore. You might feel like you don't recognize yourself anymore, wondering where that centered version of you went.

Here's what I find with most of my clients: They're not broken. What I find is that their nervous system is overwhelmed and there's a really good reason why. We can work together to find that "and" again.

EMDR Therapy
When your nervous system stays in 'high alert' long after a stressor has passed, talking about it isn't always enough. EMDR helps your brain actually process those 'stuck' experiences so your system can finally move out of survival mode and back into the present.
Whole-person approach
Therapy is more than just a set of clinical tools—it’s a relationship. In this space, you don’t have to perform or have it all 'figured it out.' I bring my full, authentic self into the room so that you feel safe to do the same. This is about more than just managing symptoms; it’s about reconnecting with the person you are beneath the roles you play, helping you feel more integrated and alive in your daily life.
