
About me
My approach is rooted in a simple but powerful truth: we can't separate our mind from our body. Emotions and experiences, especially difficult ones, live within us—often showing up as a knot in your stomach, tightness in your chest, or a weight on your shoulders. My work is about helping you to gently tune into those signals so you can find more peace.

My own path to specializing in perinatal mental health began unexpectedly. I found myself drawn to working with clients who were navigating the profound journeys of infertility, miscarriage, and IVF. Hearing their stories—the isolation, the hope, the incredible strength and resilience—showed me how much this community needs a dedicated space for support. This mission became even more personal after I had my own experience and difficulty with the path to parenthood and saw firsthand the emotional burdens and the need for more guidance during this life-altering period.

I have training in a blend of gentle yet powerful techniques, all rooted in the understanding that your nervous system has a natural capacity to heal. My work is deeply informed by Somatic Experiencing (SE), a powerful method for helping you safely release emotional and physical stress that's been stored in your body. I have also trained in EMDR—a method for processing difficult memories—through The Touchstone Institute. The use of EMDR helps your nervous system complete this natural process of healing and integration. Additionally, I have advanced training in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International, specializing in the unique joys and challenges of fertility, pregnancy, and the complex journey into parenthood.
